One Year After IPO, MINE Distributes Dividends from 2025 Profit

Jakarta, April 22, 2026 – PT Sinar Terang Mandiri Tbk (MINE), or STM, resolved to distribute a cash dividend of Rp60.23 billion, or Rp14.75 per share, equal to 30% of its 2025 profit. The decision was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 22, 2026.

President Director Ivo Wangarry said the dividend reflected the Company’s commitment to creating shareholder value through disciplined, measured, and prudent management. “This dividend reflects our efforts to balance shareholder value creation with stronger business fundamentals, including during the initial period after the IPO,” Ivo said at the Public Expose following the meeting.

MINE’s 2025 revenue grew 11.8% to Rp2.36 trillion, driven by PT Erabaru Timur Lestari’s road construction project and PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral’s mining project. In 2026 the Company continues to pursue new contracts, preserve the trust of existing partners, and develop its business lines.

Use of IPO proceeds

Management reported Rp129.61 billion in net IPO proceeds. By December 31, 2025, all proceeds had been deployed according to the prospectus for heavy equipment, land and buildings, and working capital. MINE also procured Rp267 billion of heavy equipment during 2025 to support new contracts.

Ivo said the mining support services industry continued to offer a positive outlook. “The Company will expand its services and explore measured diversification into other minerals to strengthen its position and deliver sustainable value to all stakeholders,” he concluded.
